wow its been awhile since i've been on and posted anything...i really dont have anything worthy of posting but i guess icould give sothing a shot but before this journal is over

its just a jump to the left
and a step the the right
put your hands on your hips
and bring your knees inside
then do the pelvic thrust till it makes ya go insane....
